A typical EPoS implementation, would involve detailed demonstrations of the products features and a gap analysis against current business processes. Utilising the information gathered, solutions to gaps will be presented - whether these be amendments to business process or modifications to the OASYS / Dynamics RMS applications (where possible). A defined project plan will be presented giving milestones for deliverables and a close working relationship will be encouraged through any development or deployment phase.
